About This Course
Two days on managing your own emotional state under pressure. Day One builds emotional intelligence: understanding and working with your emotions. Day Two applies this to focus, mindset, and motivation under stress, ending with your own personal resilience plan for real workplace challenges.
Who should attend
Working professionals facing real pressure at work, including shifting priorities, difficult conversations, and setbacks, who want to manage their emotions under stress, build resilience through practical methods rather than willpower alone, and come away with a personal plan for handling hardship.
Learning objectives
- Identify and name your own emotional states in real time, rather than reacting on autopilot
- Apply the five core components of emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skill) to everyday workplace interactions
- Recognize the thought patterns that keep you stuck after a setback and reframe them using structured techniques
- Sustain motivation through periods of pressure, disruption, or repeated setbacks
- Draft a personal resilience plan that translates the two days into specific, repeatable habits
